Katherine Diase, MD, FACOG, is a 1997-graduate of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX. Her postgraduate training includes her internship and her obstetrics and gynecology residency served at the University of Texas McGovern Medical School at Houston/Hermann Hospital (1997-2001). During her tenure there, she served as Administrative Chief Resident and received the Chief Resident of the Year Award and Excellence in Laparoscopy Award. Dr. Diase completed her undergraduate education, i.e., his Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Biology from the University of Notre Dame. She attained board certification in obstetrics and gynecology with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Diase is a member of the Harris County Medical Society and Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG).
